Tracie is a Kalamazoo native and recently she and Alex moved from Texas back to Tracie’s Kalamazoo home turf to be close to her family. Before moving back to Michigan Alex and Tracie operated Homeward Bound Appliance Service in Seabrook, TX serving the Clear Lake around the Johnson Space Center. We know that finding trustworthy trades people is a persistent challenge for homeowners and Homeward Bound strives to help fill that niche in the Greater Kalamazoo area. We love our neighbors and our community!!!

Co-Owner with wife, TracieAlex is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and worked as an appliance tech for 12 years before returning to school to become a geologist. He recently exited the upstream Oil & Gas industry as a geologist and Business Development Manager. Alex returned to Appliance Repairs with the added benefit of being a scientist as well as a highly skilled problem-solver.

Tracie is a dedicated high school cross discipline science teacher. At various times she has taught physics, anatomy, astronomy, biology, and chemistry. Tracie offers behind-the-scenes support helping run the Homeward Bound business.
